01Our story

A softer side of Mexico City

Cholula Condesa is a boutique property with only 13 rooms, made for people who come to Mexico City looking for calm, design and something that feels real. Every room is different: full of natural light, vintage detail and finishes chosen to be lived with, not looked at.

Home takes on a new meaning here. Soft textures, light-filled spaces and a quiet backdrop in the middle of the city. Each room is curated with character and designed for ease, so you feel at home in a place you have never been.

A home that tells a story

Tucked into a quiet block of Hipodromo Condesa, Cholula 21 is more than a place to stay. It is a lived-in house for travellers who value design, calm and authenticity.

Behind its doors the rhythm of the city slows down. Sunlight moves across tall windows through the day, plants spill over vintage corners, and every detail feels curated without ever feeling staged.

Calma

Breakfast and lunch, ground floor

Calma is the newest chapter at Cholula Condesa, a ground-floor kitchen that opens onto Cholula 21 each morning at eight and closes when the afternoon light goes soft. Filter coffee, long breakfasts, unhurried lunches, and a short menu built around Mexican produce.

Guests come down in their own time, still half asleep. Everyone else in Condesa is welcome too, which is exactly the point: the hotel opens onto the street rather than turning its back on it.
